We take the protection of your data seriously. This website is deliberately data-minimal and currently uses no analytics, tracking, or advertising services.

2. Cookies & Consent (Consent Mode v2)
On your first visit we show a consent banner. The only technically necessary
item is storing your consent decision (locally in your browser, no tracking). All optional
categories are disabled by default (Google Consent Mode v2:
analytics_storage, ad_storage, etc. = „denied").
No analytics, tracking, or advertising services are currently active — no
personal data is collected for analytics or advertising purposes. The analytics category is
prepared for later, exclusively consent-based use (e.g. Google Analytics);
such services would only be loaded after your explicit consent. You can change
or withdraw your consent at any time via the „Cookie settings".
Legal basis: § 25(1) TDDDG (formerly TTDSG) in conjunction with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).
3. Hosting & Delivery
The website is delivered via Google Firebase Hosting (Google Ireland Ltd.) and
the content delivery network of Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.). When the site is
accessed, technically necessary access data (e.g. IP address, time, page requested, browser type)
is processed to ensure delivery, security, and stability. Server logs are retained only briefly
for security and stability purposes and are deleted regularly.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, functioning web presence).
Where processing may take place in the USA, it is safeguarded by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) and/or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR.
4. Fonts
Fonts are served exclusively and locally from our own server (self-hosted). No external font CDNs (e.g. Google Fonts) are used — fonts therefore cause no third-country data transfers.
5. Contact by Email
If you contact us by email (hello@kindimpact.de), we process the data you provide solely to handle your request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.
6. External Links
This website links to our own offerings (lets-glow.de, app.lets-glow.de). The privacy policies published there apply to data processing on those sites.
7. Your Rights
You have the rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). To exercise them, contact us at any time at hello@kindimpact.de.
